Jake the Snake's MX Sim/IRL Thread

Post by Finalmushroom »

Good morning all,

I had a couple members within the community who suggested that I start my own thread here.
I will continue to post videos as well as spread some of my positivity and motivation.

I plan on doing some more (IRL) reviews of my current gear and bike as well as real life MX (Both trail riding and motocross) and I will start to post them here.

My intent is to not only share my experiences with you but also gain insight and experience being in front of a camera and speaking in a more "public" form. I'm finishing my bachelors this year in Business as well as will begin my masters (MBA) this coming January and really want the experience.

If you guys need any advice (Fitness, Sim, and just life in general) reach out me and lets talk!
I've been in the military and understand what it's like to go through depression as well as rough patches in life.

It depends where you are and it changes drastically with an hour drive.
I live in a valley that I would say is high desert for sure but an hour and a half drive is Targhee and the Teton Nation forest which is beautiful forested area with rivers running though. Google, "Tetons in the summer" and we'll get some cool pictures.

Are you close enough to go to TNMX? Opening night tonight! Then the Oregon Trail Rally tomorrow night and Amsoil AX on Sat night!

Hey sorry man I'm been busy! Finals week is next week at my University and I've been trying to study.

I just had motocross practice this Saturday. There's a RM ATV northern Utah/Southern Idaho that I've been considering doing for fun this summer.

Did you end up riding?

I'm just a casual rider, and that's a stretch. I stayed home since I have a head gasket going away on my Civic. I missed TNMX, Ken Block in the Oregon Trail Rally on Friday night and Amsoil AX on Saturday night too. Epic fail.

Same here man. I try and ride 4 times a week but I have a pit like 5 minutes from home so it's really easy to ride and build jumps without taking a ton of time every day.

I saw Block's IG today. See's like a different series from what he normally runs. lol. Really cool though.

It's a bummer you missed out man! Probably wouldn't have had the time for each event nonetheless anyways.
