Mx Sim Crashes help pls

So after playing sim for so long like a few hours straight i suppose, weird green and red lights show up on my screen and start flickering on both monitors. AND BEFORE YOU "UR PC IS SHIT". it only does this on sim no other games, what it does basically is locks up my pc and crashes it and makes it restart (yes i have the most recent drivers as of this post). So if you can help me out pls do. <3
