How do you reset back to the start of the race?
On this youtube video at 1:55 (https://youtu.be/31SPw7UUm2E?t=115) he resets back to the start. How is this done?

He's in the "Time Trial" mode. Whenever you press your reverse button in time trial mode, it restarts you 2 timing gates before the finish line timing gate. On the straight rhythm track, that timing gate happens to be the starting point.
