Team making

If a friend of mine bought a model from Jeremy150 and my friend that can skin get the cutout and make the team cutout for the bike. Then we send the cutout to the friend that bought the bike and he saves it and scrams and make mediafire file. And then we relase it for our team pack. Is that allowed?
