lagging hard

well i have a problem with sim..... yesterday it worked fine but today i legit get 9fps on the menu screen but all my other games run just fine.. anyone else have this problem? If so what did u do to fix it?

Also i normally get 125fps with 40 man gates without any problems

Ok i have figured some more info out. if i got to windowed mode it runs perfect again but if i try to go back to full screen or even 1920x1080 it starts acting up again
