Trading paints?

Has anyone dabbled with i-racing? They have a livery program called trading paints. If I'm not mistaken it's like 20 bucks and allows you to easily customize the skin of your car, then shares your custom with everyone on the server you're racing... least that's what sim racer dude I'm sitting next to says... idk. But would something like this work for our community? Personally I find I dont have time to learn gimp or re learn photoshop and mess with all the file types, models and gyros just to royally suck at being competitive and just mess around with the game. I appreciate every creator's hard work and use some of yalls creations when I goon it up on mxsim, but I think something along the trading paint this would be kick ass and allow for easier accessibility to such a kick ass game!
