the fps changes

i was wondering racing weekly why that for example millville i was running 100 fps and washougal rolls around and now with 15 peoples im in the 60fps and during the pro race it was down in the 40s why it this just out of curiosity cause it changes weekly when im pretty sure the track maps are bout the same size let me why this is ik pc outdated but i can usually run it no lag fine
