Gear, Bikes, and Tracks don't show in game

I just got the game today and I am trying to install Gear Bikes and Tracks. I put them in my personal folder and everything but only one bike shows up in the game. ive looked everywhere and i cant find a solution.

There's some info on installing tracks here. The bikes are usually done as a graphics kit for the fastest bike on the dyno. Check under the KTM or Husky.
