New PC MX Sim Help

Just got a new PC, my personal folder has all of my skins and stuff in it but isnt showing up in game.

I re-installed sim on the PC and put in my reg key. Everything else seems to be working fine except for not having my tacks and skins in game.

Im sure its an easy fix, but could someone point me in the right direction??

Where is you personal folder located?
