Server downtime 9 PM EDT 2019-10-22 and 2019-10-25

My host is updating its servers so there's going to be some downtime this week. Elsinore is going down tonight at 9PM EDT (basically right now). The key server is going down at 9PM EDT on Friday the 25th. Shouldn't be down very long either time.
