Game opens on 2nd monitor but controls off primary...

Just ran into this issue and I have no idea how it happened. I played a few days ago and everything was fine, come today I open the game and it displays on both monitors, but only the 2nd monitor shows everything that's going on while the primary monitor controls everything. I went into my display settings and reset my monitors, didn't work... I unplugged my 2nd monitor, still the same affect only I can't see what I am doing now. I was hoping someone would be able to chime in.
