Suspension/Set up help

What's up guys?
I've been running these 2017 outdoor tracks and I forgot how much I enjoyed them! Anyways, could you look what my rear end is doing for a second? It seems to be springing really hard and I'm not getting the rear to sag as much as I'd like. This is a modified set up that I took from the forums and I made it a little less pitchy but there still are some loose ends I'm trying to die up.
Any thoughts?
I'm thinking about further playing with:
1. Shock preload
2. Going out on high speed compression (shock)
3. Going in on the low maybe high speed rebound (shock)
4. Maybe even play with spring size
I'm trying to get a few opinions before I really chase my tail as I tend to do in this game. lol.
