I have a ok setup, but was wondering how I can get more pop in the suspension? The rider have 100,60 and 100, 30 but should I work with the preload or what.. tried to tweak, but cant figure it out, some people pop the shit out of things so something should work

Oversimplified explanation: If you bounce off the ground on landing, you don't have a lot of high-speed rebound damping. If you don't bounce on landing, you have a lot of high-speed rebound damping. Using less rebound damping may help get more pop. I didn't even touch on springs, compression, preload etc. Mess around with just high-speed rebound and see what you get.
