track files .7z

hi

i just want to know how to use the tracks that are .7z not .rar i know how to use the rar ones but i dont know what to do with the 7z ones..please help

.7z is just another compressed file extension (like .RAR). If you use WinRAR, it decompresses just the same, just right click the .7z file, and then hit "Extract Here"
Or you can use 7Zip, and it does the same thing.
