Lag spikes / Frame stutters

For some odd reason i have been getting lag spikes every once in a while and it even happened in a pro race. Someone please help
Ive done: Threaded optimization turned off and vsync off

turn ur bike model detail to 9 instead of 10 and maybe do the same for track detail

If your cpu is weak you may have to turn up reshade delay for erode. I THINK that helps fps in pro races, looks smoother for me but maybe placebo. My shit stays 125fps 24/7 but sometimes it feels smoother than other times.

what do you have your reshade at?

Normally at 8 but if I lag it goes to 20
