Mostly i can not see models and skins because it says :"warning: can´t load .... .jm" or " case mismatch .... .jm"
What is a "jm-file". Where can i download the jm files ?

Hi, i hope you found Necessary Rider+Bike Models sticked topic in 'object & skins' section.
You can also search for 'models' on http://www.puremxs.com/.
Personally, i always have messages for 'missing textures' or some 'jm' (generally for helmets) because I don't want to overload my computer to keep a good frame-rate and game-play.
I should make a suggestion to JLV for adding an option to disable some unnecessary 'system' messages or ability to show only some events or discussion while we can't move trough chat history in game.

But i think i have already downloaded the models ... or was there an update ?

I checked my models, but i have all of them. I downloaded all models and replaced them and i have still the problem.
Warning: case mismatch @ rider_head-Fox V3.jm
warning : can´t load @rider_body-DC.jm
warning: case mismatch @rider_body-ddmxV2.jm
and so on and so on

I think case mismatch is an error from content creator , but you have it.
Only rider_body-DC.jm is missing but i don't know what is it, sorry. Search for 'rider_body-DC.jm' in google, i'm sure you will find.
