2011 Suzuki Rmz250
Re: 2011 Suzuki Rmz250
And the way you have it now, all those metal parts are crammed into the corner. I promise you if you do it like the YZF no one will complain.
Re: 2011 Suzuki Rmz250
Ok i just thought the plastics needed more space since last time i was told they are too small, but anyway i will change it.
I will of course have to pack things a little differently cause there are a lot more parts to come, but the frontend parts are there to stay i think.
Those metal parts havent been resized at all from eskwaads front end tehy have just been efficiently packed in thats all, they are all the same size so that part is good.tyskorn wrote:And the way you have it now, all those metal parts are crammed into the corner. Re: 2011 Suzuki Rmz250
why does the frame is splitted in so many pieces, try to make things easyer for skinners
i`d try to get a cleaner shape without a lot of distortion.
and dont place things ultra close each other, it`s a pain to skin on them later

Why nobody wants to creat 250 2 stroke bikes
and yes i know that it will act like a 125

Re: 2011 Suzuki Rmz250
Put the seat in the middle of the plastics and make all of the plastics connect to it like IRL so you can match up the plastics with the seat.
@dudy#75 Stop saying that, it's annoying. HAMMERDOWN is making a 2011 YZ250.

He can't do this, really. He modeled all of the plastics (seat and gas tank included) separately, which isn't a good way to model it. When the main plastics, gas tank, and seat are all one element (just like the new yz250f, crf250, and rm125) the modeler can unwrap them all as one flowing piece.KTM57 wrote:Put the seat in the middle of the plastics and make all of the plastics connect to it like IRL so you can match up the plastics with the seat.
I don't feel that I should bother pointing out all of the mistakes that I see. They most likely won't be fixed anyways.

Re: 2011 Suzuki Rmz250
Well if that's the case how do you expect me to ever give you a better result?
Re: 2011 Suzuki Rmz250
Use the YZF, RM, CRF as examples. They are basically the best models out at the moment. Listen to the people that made those models, and eventually, you will hopefully get the same fantastic result they got. Don't flame at them for criticising your work, they know what you are going through, and they know how to make models turn out brilliant.
To be honest, also, having that seat seperate is going to be a pain in the ass, because any lines or patterns you want to flow from the shroud to the seat are going to be a bitch to line up.

You really should model yourself a set of stairs and come down from your pedestal. Give your advice/critiques and let him take them for what their worth. Saying stuff like the quote above will only piss attacker off even more and greatly reduce any chance of him taking advice. He didn't want to make changes to the KXF, okay, give him a break. New project, new attitude.TimFerry15 wrote:I don't feel that I should bother pointing out all of the mistakes that I see. They most likely won't be fixed anyways.
Re: 2011 Suzuki Rmz250
I'm extremely glad to see more people taking initiative and modeling bikes for us all to use. It's a privilege for them to share their stuff, and I'm thankful for it.
Re: 2011 Suzuki Rmz250
attacker, once you get a final wireframe send it over and ill start doing some metals for you after the kxf is complete.
