i want to enter races but i dont know how to send the demo through to the person splicing it, can somebody tell me?

im so, so sorry guys, my internet provider cut me the service, idno why so i was fighting with them for the service and they restore the internet today so will download the demos and i´ll upload the race later, again, sorry.
