in my country all peoples just downloading illegal programs they dont buy anything for pc software or smth...

Yes, actually that can happen. And, if you do get caught, you are looking at a lot of money you will need to pay.
Sure, you won't get prison time, but you'll need to fork over a lot of money. $250,000 if I'm not mistaken, as it is a Federal offense. Well, that's US though.
