Well when i said different dirt, i meant different textures yes. Different traction, color, etc. The whole nine yards. Sorry for not "wording" correctly, but you know what I meant. Can you please explain the process?

Texture tutorial video is uploading to YouTube.
I'll make a tile-info tutorial real quick and upload it as well.

I've always wondered this, does the slip speed mean how much the tire is slipping (spinning or sliding down a hill or sideways) or just how fast the tire is moving (straight line even with perfect grip)?

It's the speed of the contact patch relative to the ground. If the tire isn't sliding it will be 0 no matter how fast you're rolling.

Jlv, have you made the roost you use for SX public? I have the decals but I'm not sure about the roost (just want it for screenshot editing ).
I believe it was in "newtiletest", but here it is by itself:

Is there a way to separate the longitudinal and latitudinal friction? Being able to set different values for those would definitely improve how the tires handle.
Also, any suggestions on how to come up with a realistic sx traction? I can't get rid of that "pin through the whoops in 1st gear" thing.

Not yet on the separate lateral traction. For the SX traction try starting with what I posted a couple of posts above this.
