If you lost decals when you changed the name of the track thats because you didn't change the decals file to reflect that.
Change your main folder to a name with no spaces. The name of your main folder is only important for identifying the file locations for your objects. You can put a file inside the main folder called "desc" and put the name you want to show up in the track list in-game. Then change your statues file, your decals file, and every other file (billboards, lighting, flaggers) if they have anything referencing your specific track folder.
If you're getting an invisible statue, there are a few things to check. Check the spelling of your texture for the statue. Also check that your .jm and your .png are in the subfolder that you have referenced in your statues file (you would be surprised how many times I've caught myself screwing up there lol) After you've checked that, check the orientation of your object origin in whatever modeling software you're using. Ensure that the origin is at the base of the object, and that it is oriented correctly. If the origin is not at the base of the object, you can either adjust accordingly, or you can change the y coordinate in your statue line and raise it or lower it.
If you still have trouble, you can send the file to me if you want and I'll see what I can figure out.
so I set up a description file and renamed the original everything without spacing, still not getting anything. I think ive attatched some files to this post but would not let me add the .jm
