im trying to make one big decal that will cover the track so i wont have multiple png files that ill have to deal with, but i cant seem to get it working in the game.

somone please help!

Yes you can, but it wont look good at all.

What are the values in the terrain.hf file? Once we know that, the decals line will be easy.

what would be a good value for the .hf file? what do you normally use? and what method would you recommend i try then?

can somone make a tutorial with screen shots on what their decals look like before they go on to the track and what not

hey ok i know im late to reply but i can use decals fine i know what to do and i make tracks but how do i add 2 different decals like have the track and jumps as dirt and around the track grass

Can i have some step by step help on covering my hole track with one decal or maltiple ones? so have one decal cover the whole track so i dont waist my time putting them in place one at a time? :?:

ohk i did this and it wont work i have had some of them in the game but than i put more in and they dont show up here is what i put in.

Well they are all sitting on top of each so you'll only see the top one.

Change the first number in the coorinates by like 10 or 20 for each one, ie 100 for the first, 120 for the second, 140 for the 3rd, etc

Mate, Im real sorry but I ddont undertandd it from he start. you start talking about DJ doing something with a notepad and then you go straight into getting the code somewhere. Do you have an email so it could be easier to contact eachother, or would it be possible to make a video??? Cheers.

Im having a wierd issue were i have placed multiple Decals... saved...

Checked my decals file and still only lists my first entry i added manually for my grass texture..

Go back into game, and evrything i placed is still there..? what is happening here? does anyone know were its getting the details for the placement of the decals, if my decal file only has one entry?

Seems like a shader issue, JLV released an update to the shader snapshot, you might want to download that, it should solve your problems.
