I found the link from motiboss by doing a search, but only in the track editing forum. Judging by the comments that followed, this isa really solid track. Other than that, you can see clearly the original poster was not disrespecting the work, in fact its quite the opposite, he seems to really appreciate it, he just didn't have the guys name.
A similar situation would be if I posted a music video but didn't know the bands name. No one would claim i'm disrespecting the work just because the musician didn't post it here, but somewhere else instead.
If it were unreleased and private work, I would agree with you.
