ye, sadly not everyone has photo shop or the knowledge to make there own pit boards and kits etc etc.
Photoshop is not cheap either, and requires time and effort to get decent at it.
Hes not selling the template, hes selling the service of customizing it to the individuals needs, you could have also done this.. Life kind of works like that

He's not really selling the template. He's selling the service of typing someone's number into your free template.

Would have been courteous to give you a credit though.
