Would it be possible to have it needed for everyone racing to request a restart?
Mcgoon was in 03, telling everyone to restart. And every other blackflagged goon restarted while 4 others were still racing. None of the racers restarted.

How many times does this need to be suggested until something is done? It seems that it would be so simple to do, not taking a ton of JLV's precious time, and it would make online play infinitely better for those who want good fun and fair racing. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the current system rewards the goons who just want to come in and screw up the races and then restart until they can get a good start. Those who just want to race fair are constantly screwed over by restarts.
