If you didn't know this already, I'm pretty sure i5 is groomed and watered every monday and thursday morning so those are the best times to go.

Haha I've never had too bad of a problem but it can get windy there sometimes. Hit and miss I guess.

I went to I-5 when it was windy once. 35 mph at least, but I didn't notice it at all
