well, we need blue flags so the lappers will move, like say a lapper is in front of the leader and messes him up, well the blue flag will wave when they see a lapper in front of racers, sound good? :D

None of the lappers are smart enough to move out of the way anyways....."What the hell is that blue flag over yonder? DUUUHHEEEE"

It would be a waste of JLV's time...

Haha, over yonder, that reminds me of TKAM, I hated that book...

Description lines in the server selection menu. Sometimes I don't remember who's ip is for what server, so if you could just put the name of that person in a description it would save the hassle of going to the servers topic or asking the person.

JLV - Instead of having a max dab speed, could "dab" not rather work as follows (which is how I feel it works in real life also)...

If you are sitting, you can dab, dab will not pop the bike back up, unless traction is about to be lost.
In other words, if you are about to fall, and your leg is out, the rider will put his foot down, and catch the bike. 9 times outta 10 , that'll save me from stoopid washouts in real life, but not in MXS.
I know that the dab stops the slow guys from laying the bike down in ruts to grab the inside line, so if the dab where only to play a real part in an "about to fall" situation, they would be happy also.

Hope that make sense

Well the actual point of "loss of traction" is coded, so the point of catching the bike by sticking your leg out could be when the that happens (traction is lost)
In real life this is about when you go "Oh Crap" and stick your leg out, hoping your knee doesn't get pulled outta joint, and that you are strong enough to muscle the bike up again.

I think this is where a lot of the washout's happen in game, it's not so much the high speed cornering, but the low speed stuff (in my personal experience anyway).
It's like tryna ride with your feet on the pegs all the time, and just putting your foot out, but never actually taking the weight of the bike.

That's close to what it's doing now. When the player is trying to steer into the lean but the bike isn't coming up, the game will apply the dab force if you're under the dab speed.

In real life though you dont put your foot out based on how fast you're going (most of the time. You just put it out to get more traction during the turn.

Am I the only one who washes out in flat off cambers and gets tripped by ruts in real life? I can't imagine taking a turn on the back side of a berm unless I was going at walking speed!

ive fallin in flat off cambers and gotten crossrutted and stuff, and sory if this has been said but ive fallin in it but only when its muddy or hardpack slick like vegas or kansas iykwim. The thing is every single track is like this even red bud wich im pretty sure is a sandy type soil or budds creek which is a pro track wich would be prepped very well were you dont need a rut to lay it over and pin it because thats how you make the ruts cause its so sticky and forms well

I disagree... putting your leg out on a bike is not for traction, its for balance..

Things you learn from supermoto...puting your foot out in front of the front wheel helps get your weight to the front of the bike. To weight the front wheel. For traction. So it's both. Traction and balance.
