Make cursor disappear upon button pressed on controller

I think most people would appreciate it if you could only see the cursor when you hit escape or something along those lines, unless it's just me that finds it annoying having move the cursor out of the middle of the screen or in the corner when I'm playing and it doesn't play a purpose unless you are in the menu from what I know.

Yeah, there really is no reason for it when you're playing. --hidden-cursor (or something) in the coding when you aren't in the menu or setup screens would be great, jlv!
