i think the starting would be kinda dumb after a while
maybe have two modes a really realistic mode and the way it is now.
in the other realistic mode
1. gas
2. you can pinch tubes
3. you can blow your engine.
4. stamina meter
5. impact meter (how hard of a landing you can take)
6. starting thing

the clutch idea wouldnt work so well if you use a key board cause i dont think key's have a pressure sensitivity (excuse me if im using the wrong words for it)

You can use it the way it is now, but if your rmp gets too low while your clutch it out(not pressed) the bike stalls.

yes we need engine start, engine stall and tyre pressure.

there already is simulated tyre pressure i believe, thats why the wheels dissapear into the ground under force

The only changes in my sources right now are ALSA support for linux and a built in screenshot function. I'll probably put in some more stuff before I release a new one.

you should try to make it like fraps press a button and it saves it to where you want it aswell a video recording one if its possible

There already is a video recording function, it's just not directly in game.
