Forum Suggestion: Signature Size Limit

Is anyone else frustrated with these "wallpaper" size signatures in peoples posts? It's almost ridiculous. Browsing a thread with several screenshots is just a mess, because sometimes it's hard to tell what is a screenshot and what is a signature. It would make the forums look much cleaner. I suggest a cap at 200px tall (and that's being generous. lol)

I'd prefer smaller signatures. I've been thinking of reducing the max image height to 128 instead of the current 256.

There was another topic similar to this. Seems JLV just has not gotten around to changing things. My signature is 178 px tall, which still is pretty good size, especially if there is text under it!

I've changed it to 128. Apparently, it grandfathers in the old sigs so this only affects new sigs.

I know some people r probably upset, but it will look so much better having smaller sigs and topics will look less cluttered. If u want to post something bigger than 128px that's what the screenshot thread is for. Thanks Jlv

I just re-did my sig, its the same size 600x128 and as yzmxer608 said, there is i think plenty of room. Also this will clean up the forums a bit but, i have noticed (no affence brina, just an eg) but on her's the thing that takes up the most room is the writing, maby jlv should put a word limit in aswell.

Right now there is a 255 character limit.

I just added the writing like 2 days ago as a joke. I planned to take it off within a few days it wasn't a permanent thing.
