Why isn't it open to 100+ slots and then set to 20 players on gate, ect?
Now we can't multiplayer practice... Happens before every National too.

This is for 02, when we want to be in the server before the race. What ever you you like to do, (40man practice, lag test, don't want to be late ect.) You can't do it atm.
