I think it would be great if whilst racing the people in front of you for a position had a green glow either below them or a green arrow above them whilst people that you are lapping have a red on and leader should be blue maybe? Who cares if it's not simulator like it would make racing a lot better imo.

You should at least have the chance to be able to use it and can switch it off if you wish..

So, if you have the green glow at the bottom it means the rider in front is for a position, if they have a red glow they are a lapper, if the have a blue glow they are lapping/lapped you, same as blue flag just more prominent.



or you can use diamonds or what ever above the rider

It's a good start to an idea like this but I rather see actually people "Billboards" on the track with blue flags... the takes to much of the real life simulator anyway in my opinion.
