I would be willing to buy the servers and learn scripts, but i would need a track maker. I have always like the tracks, but i would like a good track maker to get in on this with me. There may be prizes, but as of right now I need a track maker

MXGP is discussed within EMF at the moment, the tracks are worked on at the moment. However the tracks aren't finished, nor is the details around it.

Keep a look out for when the series (eventually) gets announced. As of now, no part is decided. We'll have to give it a little bit longer before we decide things
