Advanced controller settings

Post by scheeve3 »

Short and simple question.
Would it be possible to have advanced controller settings as in the picture below? What I want the most in the deadzone range, that that would be possible to change. Because the xbox360 controller for example (a very common used controller) has no software where you can adjust it. And with my previous one I never had any troubles with the 0 deadzone thing. But my new one are the joysticks not that good and I can't ride even straight anymore :S.

You can set the deadzone in the config file right now. If I were to make something in the UI I'd probably make it so it'd work on any proportional input you bind instead of making it throttle/brake/steering specific.

Got it, thx for the reply.

It's funny how it was tougher to tune the deadzone of my controller than tuning my suspension xD plus or minus 0,1% deadzone makes a huge difference in mxs.
