Legit that looks perfectly scaled, even though it is a little bit on the bigger side and getting ready to overlap the FOV barely but I think I like that more than the stock one.

You already can, called go into the track files and find the map and just take it out of the game, it works the exact same

Do you have issues with helmet/head clipping onto the screen in first person with those FOV settings? I've been on 120/0/0 forever and always get the clipping at the top. Or are you aware of a helmet model that works properly in first person?

It does but my brain has blocked it out for close to a year now

Same here, however I tend to notice it if I'm making a video which is a minuscule complaint because I just bump it to 120/34/0 and it usually fixes the issue.

It's probably the neck of the rider model, delete that out of the fp model and you should be ok.
