View Erode Command

possibly add a command like "/viewerode" or "/toggleerode" that shows what the erode is set to in the top left corner or something along the lines of being able to do a command and it tells you in chat

"server,erode" will show it, but you have to have marshal permission. Maybe I'll add a status command that shows the current settings on the server.
