i think it would make the game more realistic if Jetting was implemented into the game as you would need to learn how to tune to get the best of its ability and if it wasnt jetted properly the bike would bog and making it more difficult to ride, and also making it the first motocross game to add jetting even know it might be a pain in the ass but it will make you learn and adding (weather/humidity/altitude) to tracks to determine what jets to run.

Most newer bikes, infact all of them, uses injection so that wouldn't work either way, and mapping a bike is the last thing you want to do before heading out riding, plus there is no change in humidity in the game whatsoever so that would need to be added aswell

Imagine the furore if there was just engine management (stalling, having to restart etc.) without jetting, which is obsolete in top level racing now anyway. This idea will have to go to spot number 978 on the priority list. We still need to have the "what track is this?" command implemented.
