Fix: How the controlls config in this game should be....

Please fix the single bind implementation as soon as possible there is no excuse for it still being a single input per action... move it too two as soon as possible so I can bind my back break separately while having both breaks still bound on my left trigger.
The game has been in development for 10 years there really is no excuse for this still...
