toggle collisions for qualifying

Sorry if this has been suggested before I haven't seen a post about it. Is it possible to add an option for server hosts to toggle collisions on and off for qualifying? It would get rid of the need to have tons of quali servers for pro events and stop goons from ruining peoples laps. It'd also be nice if riders disappeared as you got close to them like in time trial to avoid clipping into other riders and obstructing your vision.
