i've been a keyboard player for 1 year now. i find it hard to turn without going whiskey throttle out a corner and just slipping out. I can't really find a good controller that has triggers instead of buttons and such, and i'm not going to get an Xbox just to play MX simulator.
i have an idea, maybe get a bind to just gradually increase the throttle, slowly putting more throttle out. You're holding the button down and your rider is just slowly increasing how much throttle he's pulling.
This was just a little idea, because i've been suffering with a keyboard for a while.
Maybe an option in the bike setup menu where you can set how fast your rider pulls the throttle, depending what speed you set it on.
Ex. Rider Throttle Speed: 100.0= maximum throttle when pressing the button , 30.0 slowly letting the throttle loose.
i really hope this helps other people with keyboards having a hard time like myself, even though most of the community uses Xbox controllers.

You don't need an xbox to buy an xbox controller

Re: More keyboard friendly controls
I still can't be bothered to buy an xbox controller in itself, and i can't order anything on amazon for these reasons:
1. i need my parents' permission
2. even if they would approve, i can't buy anything on amazon, i'm not in the EU not even in the US, i live in Serbia, and almost always sites don't support serbian currency, either EUR or USD etc.. The serbian currency is RSD and it doesn't support that.
3. I do not own a credit card, and i'm not going to ask or steal my parents' credit card, there is no way they would allow it.
but, there may be a chance that at the local electronics store there should be one with triggers, i have one with those sticks on top, but again, no triggers. Thanks for trying to help me out.

do you not know what a store is ?
Step 1. Get in the car.
Step 2. Drive to the store/have your parents drive you.
Step 3. Walk into the store.
step 4. Pick out a controller.
Step 5. Buy the controller.
Step 6. Go back home, plug it in, then play.

Neither of them look like me, i'm a 14 year old, believe it or not. I don't stream on twitch, lot of users have the name Crimson, i thankfully had the opportunity to take the name here on the forums, i joined not long ago and i'm getting familiar with the forums.
But really, i'm not acting like a young kid, i would say "a bit older than my age", not to toot my own horn but i consider myself somewhat above average.
