It would be nice to have the possibility to adjust the refresh frequency, because it is currently impossible to be in full screen without black borders and it is not good.

are you sure you don't have it in "windowed" mode? I dont have any black borders in full-screen. Maybe check your monitor setting and gfx card settings.

I don't want to list every possible mode and refresh rate combination. I can make "Default Fullscreen" not change the display settings though.
