Ability to turn some HUD aspects off but not all

Would be really cool if we could toggle the visibility of some parts of our hud but keep others. Example, I love racing with --hidden-hud but I hate that you can't see the results at the end of the race, blue bar, or riders name when spectating other riders.

I'm going to convert the HUD code to Javascript so it can be completely customized.
