Would be Nice to save and load suspension presets in-game

You can, just type in chat:
/writesetup NAME
/readsetup NAME

for example:
/writesetup MEC19Setup
/readsetup MEC19Setup

However it also does load your gear entire setup including bike, gear, wheels and helmet, graphic settings etc...
