i downloaded it, it only can add effects when you have an audio file, not when riding

Sorry bud, I thought you were looking for a way to change it for a video but I see now you were looking for something to change the sound while playing.

I would suggest Sony Acid or Fruityloops for anything in a musical format. Even people with mac based computers could do some good stuff with garage band effects.
