hitting something with an elbow

Post by Servatis »

I find often that I slightly tap something on the inside of a turn, for example a banner or a small post. This happens to me especially on the last corner on hurricane or on the large turn before the straight that leads into the sand section on MX488.
I find myself very slightly tapping something with an elbow and then the entire rider just comes off of his bike and causes me to loose about 10 seconds.

I think when the rider hits something with an elbow, or another body part, it should not automatically result in a crash.

Yeah I think this is a problem as well. As soon as you touch a fence you come off the bike.

Right now it tosses you if you hit something at 20 ft/sec.

Almost started a thread about this very subject. This and falling off bike in first gear - silly circumstances that result in harsh punishments. At the very least, model creators need to stop putting collisions in flag banners geez.
