Blinking blue flags

I think it should be great to have an option (server or client) to make blueflag blinking when leadder is 1 second or less (can add an option do edit value, depend if it's client or server side) behind you.
I see so many people don't let pass leadders, I think, when you have multiple blueflags, you can't know if he's 3sec close or 1sec close while you are racing and not especially watching bottom screen everytime.
