usermade game update?

i was thinking about all the good stuff(Gears, Bikes, Graphics, Tracks) that have been made for mxs the other day, and there has been so much of good stuff made these days and i was thinking if on the 1st every month or 2nd or 3rd there would be an user made update released like a saf file whit all of the GOOD work released that mouth?? and every month there would some of old good stuff get in the file so after few months all the old good stuff you would have it i think this is do able just by some user maybe me maybe you... so i just wanted to get this out there and now please comment on this idea and tell me what you think

if you don't get what i am saying then a .saf file(all of the mxs files are in that format) released every month(like January2010.saf) whit all of the good stuff made that mouth.
