i was lapping a guy and gived him a touch i felt and he felt and then he cut the track to taked me off more than once.

I confirm, I saw SPILLANE brothers, and kick one of them, other's gone out after.
Did they use a registered serial ? Because when they are here, I think they play with same connection, (same registration number ?) they lag a lot, and curious think they make Chez42 lagging too like them. (!?) When they're gone, Chez#42 stop lagging... Plz explain me that.
If you reading that, using arcade on servers is not forbidden, but don't touch other players because you have an advantage in this mode, i recommend to play on demo server for users using arcade mode. And try to disable it as soon as you can, because if you like MX, there's no better game-play than MXS in normal mode, all you need is practicing.
