Those are the forum rules, not the server rules. These are the guidelines JLV uses when banning people from racing on his servers.
Rough passing is allowed. I'm only interested in banning people who are playing demolition derby instead of racing. By "demolition derby" I mean someone preventing the race from going on. That usually means randomly riding around and running into everyone in sight. If the rider is going around the track in the right direction and hitting all the gates it's very unlikely that I'll ban him.
The only person in danger of being banned here is Ben, he cursed on the forum, which is clearly against the rules.
the guy was cutting the track,and taking me out.... that has been given a ban before now....it's not good enough??? put is some clear damn rules and police them,it's as simple as that. you cant have half assed rule sand police them wily nilly and expect people to be happy with the service.
And for the record he "attempted" to hit you. He never actually executed it. So simmer down. If you dont like it you can leave. your not forced to play this game.

nothing to do with liking it, he broke JLV's rule of cutting the track so it should be dealt with... I for one don't want the guy banned, I want people around here to race with some respect and enjoy the racing.

JLV's rule would be cutting the track to hit people repeatedly. From what I understand he didn't actually hit anyone while cutting. His intentions don't really matter....
Even if it were murder the penalty for attempted murder isn't as serious as the penalty for murder. Your suggesting this guy get the penalty for murder when he only attempted murder.
If they miss it's no harm no foul. With attempted murder there are usually injuries involved, so some sort of penalty is applicable. Here nobody was hurt, no penalty is acceptable to the other 99.9% of the community. I don't know why you have such a bug up your ass because this guy tried to hit you and missed. Stop being such a crybaby.
