Clearly JDR's stuff for 2013 must be REALLY sick because people is kinda very, like very intrested in using it. If it's not enaugh having to use everything we have for personal use, you could also fail at using our name. And punting and behaving like an idiot in the chat doesen't really help you much further, just for your information bro.

We've tried for days to get people to get off our stuff, but they clearly dont listen too us whatever. So just fuck that, we'll let it go if you kids are going to behave like that. But when someone runs our team name at the same time (Yes it's as in-correct as it can) but whatever. We think that's enaugh and deserves atleast a big warning or a ban on * limit days. We may over-react about these things, but you dont see people using other team's stuff all day long, so if you have a problem with JDR talk with us about it. Instead of doing it with using our things. We will realese the stuff to the public later, if you cant wait make your own stuff.

And for the people who dont think this is a thing to even care about, Yes we know when we realese everything people can use it. You dont need too, you really dont need to say it.

He said himself that the team name Ashton is using isn't theirs. And the bikes a publicly released.

Just take it as a compliment. I used to have myself bad-assed paint scheme that I used in all the car racing sims I played, when I would go into a server and see someone using it, I was always flattered, and never upset.

The only thing I could see a ban for is the fact that he's bad mouthing people in chat. And since he is running jdr in his name, even though it isn't the correct name, some people that don't know the difference could see it and think that the team is just full of assholes. People jump to conclusions like that.

One, who cares if people that don't know the difference think they're idiots.

Two, botten posting under Will Hughes' forum name makes them look like idiots on their own merrit.

in my opinion, banning someone for using team stuff is just a tiny bit too much isnt it?

i mean i bet when they see that they can have the JDR J-Star skins, they probably just think someone made a replica of the pro team and they simply wanna look like the pros.

Also going a little deeper aren't you guys technically ripping the real life team skins? Maybe they don't want anyone taking their stuff, ever think of that? So if you're trying to say you have the 'creative rights' and that's why you don't want anyone using them...well you kinda don't. So maybe if you made up your own team this would happen less.

Just my 2 cents on this situation.

actually, we have the full blessing of the real life team. you kind of have to to be able to run in the RaceFactory tournaments

Well then that's pretty awesome not going to lie. But I hope you understood my point to where people might download the skins and want to use them.

Oh I already know. I don't really think there's a way to stop it. But trying to run our team name is a bit much. Oh well though, such is life. They are sweet skins though!

With releasing a bike with the #1 plate on it, you guys have to expect this... But he should not be using the team name even if it was a poor attempt.

A way to prevent this from happening in future seasons is to maybe use rF's new licence system and use a forum either here(JLV?) or Simpits(Joe?) and have A & Pro only subforum.
Then that is where the numbered "Pro" bikes are released. Pretty simple really just keep the bikes between Pros unless they want it public..

they want everyone to see their bikes but not be able to use them. if some way was introduced so you could have skins downloadable but not usable in-game that would work
